Through an analysis of the articles previously published in IMQ, the authors (two of whom are former IMQ editors) identify the underlying approaches to intercultural management and research that have been evident in the IMQ literature. The authors classify the articles according to topic categories, research approaches, time frame, and epistemology. The authors then suggest starting points and potential topics of discussion for future IMQ articles.
