REFUND, TRANSFER & CANCELLATION POLICY
REFUND POLICY Registrants who submit refund requests in writing via email to karen.santiago@american.edu by March 1, 2008 will receive their total workshop registration minus a $5 processing fee. No refunds will be accepted after March 1, 2008. Conference Registration is transferable and can be transferred to another person up until the start of the conference. Transfers must be submitted in writing via email to karen.santiago@american.edu by the purchaser of the original registration.
CANCELLATION POLICY IMI reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule events. In the event of a cancellation, all registrants will receive a full refund. Notification of cancellation will be provided a minimum of one week prior to the event date. IMI is not responsible for refunding additional costs associated with attending our events, including, but not limited to, accommodation and transportation.
