IT IS OUR PLEASURE TO ANNOUNCE that a limited number of partial scholarships are available for attending IMI's 9th Annual Conference. In keeping with our mission we are committed to providing support and access to the conference for those who might not otherwise be able to attend.

ABOUT THE FUND

The Intercultural Management Institute's Education and Development Fund was established in 2005 to fund those students and individuals interested in attending education, training, and development programs in the field of intercultural relations, but who may not otherwise be able to attend such programs. The Fund covers, in part or in full, the fees for people to attend (as non-credit participants) workshops, symposia, or conferences conducted by IMI.

Applicants to the fund may be students, alumni, or professionals in the field of intercultural relations who would benefit from attending IMI events, but are unable to participate because of the cost involved.

Applications are encouraged from those whose attendance would further enhance the diversity of attendees at IMI events.

CRITERIA

The applicant must demonstrate an interest in intercultural communication, negotiation and leadership through course work, academic or community activities, and/or active participation in organizations that serve internationally diverse populations.

The Registrant should meet at least one of the following criterion:
