Dr. Fardanesh is a professor of business, management, and marketing. He has served as the chair of a world Affairs Conference at the University of Colorado, and has given seminars or conducted workshops on communication and management in multi-cultural environments, in organizations including Noranda Centre de Technologie in Quebec, American Society for Training and Development, and The World Trade Center Institute. His most recent seminar and workshop on diversity has been at the Third annual Diversity conference of the Johns Hopkins University, held on November 1, 2006. He is the Associate Dean of the Owings Mills Campus of Strayer University. He was awarded with the Faculty Leadership of the University, 2006. Additionally, he is a faculty member of the College of Business and Economics at Towson University, and a faculty practitioner for graduate teaching at the Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School. He is currently writing a book on misunderstandings in multi-cultural settings and their significance for global corporations. |
