Chuck has been a management consultant, coach and facilitator over 25 years. He has developed and implemented a broad variety of strategies and programs for training and development, business planning, diversity, team building, conference planning and the cross-cultural issues for all levels of organizations. He worked for over five years with Marriott Corporation and 10 years for the federal government. Chuck served as a Peace Corps Volunteer, and has worked for the Peace Corps in the capacities of recruitment specialist, training specialist, supervisor of the staging unit, and currently holds the Overseas Staff Development Specialist position. He serves on the board of the North American Simulation and Gaming Association (NASAGA).
