This session will examine the rigors and uncertainties of living and working in an emerging market environment. After some open discussion with session participants about their experience working cross-culturally in emerging market countries and a short lecture on the magnitude and significance of emerging market transactions to U.S. businesses, the presenter will introduce his library of cases profiling business and cultural issues in emerging market countries. Two volumes of his four casebooks will be distributed.
