Mr. Descourouez has over 20 years of intercultural training and management consulting experience in 32 countries. He specializes in organizational assessment, multinational team building, cross-cultural communication, technology transfer, team decision-making and conflict management. He has worked extensively with such companies as AMD, AT&T, Avon, DuPont, Exxon/Mobile, Fujitsu, GE, GM, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, The Gap, Levi Strauss & CO., and Union Carbide. In addition to U.S. managers and expatriates, Mr. Descourouez has trained numerous foreign nationals on U.S. business practices, communication styles and bi-cultural team-building. These individuals and corporate clients have included the senior directors of the Tainjin Cigarette Factory; newly hired Chinese representatives for Deloitte & Touche; Malaysian design engineers for Hewlett Packard; and petroleum engineers with the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. He has counseled over 5000 families relocating to 63 countries. Mr. Descourouez holds a Master of Arts degree in Social Psychology from American University, and a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from American University/National Training Labs.
