Dr. Motoo Unno is the newest addition to the IMI team. Currently a full professor for Meiji University's School of Political Science and Economies in Tokyo, Japan, Dr. Unno will be working with IMI as Visiting Scholar until 2010. Although he has earned several degrees, a Doctorate of Psychology and a Master of International Management, Meiji is the university where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economies. In addition to his professional duties, Dr. Unno travels extensively to deliver lectures on intercultural management and communication, as well as presentations on organizational DNA, and manager training sessions for effective communication between newly merged Japanaese subsidiaries. Dr. Unno recently published his eighth intercultural publication "Japanese Subsidiaries in Asia: Recommendations for Japanese Managers working in India and China". Published in Japanese, Dr. Unno will share his work and research in the IMI Fall lecture series.
