IMQ welcomes the submission of articles related to intercultural communication and management issues. Articles published in IMQ combine original research conducted in the field of intercultural management with the applied perspectives of industry experts, professors and students. IMQ favors articles that are not replete with the technical jargon that is common among academic journals. We favor concise articles and arguments supported by adequate, though not excessive, footnotes and data.

We strive to publish articles that break new ground while simultaneously appealing to specialists and mass audiences alike. Submissions of reviews of relevant books in the field are also accepted and encouraged. Our articles are not too lengthy, usually 1000-2000 words. IMQ is published four times a year. All articles are chosen on a competitive basis and are blindly refereed by the Editorial Review Board. Articles are evaluated on writing style, the relevancy and uniqueness of the content, and the significance of the topic.
